What kind of paper are the prints made on?

All our posters are printed on Enhanced Matte Art Paper. This museum-quality art print is produced on premium heavyweight (200gsm) fine art paper with a smooth, clean finish. The enhanced matte surface beautifully emphasizes highlights and tones in the original artwork, creating stunning, gallery-worthy results that work perfectly with large, full-color graphics and illustrations.

Will the colors look exactly like on my screen?

We do our best to represent colors accurately, but every screen is different. Printed colors may vary slightly, though we’re confident you’ll love how they look on paper.

Are framing options available?

Not yet. For now we focus on the prints. Good frames are easy to find locally.

Do you offer limited editions or signed prints?

Not yet, but it’s something we’re exploring for future collections. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.

Production + Shipping

Where are the posters made?

We produce locally in the US, UK, EU, CA, and AU so your order ships faster and avoids import fees.

How much is shipping?

Who doesn’t love free shipping? That’s why every Bristol+Reed order comes with free, fully tracked shipping.

How are the posters packaged?

Your posters are carefully rolled and shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes with protective caps. We use plastic-free packaging whenever possible.

How long does delivery take?

Each print is made-to-order. Production, packaging, and preparation typically take 1-5 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 2-5 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 2-5 business days
  • United Kingdom: 1-5 business days
  • United States & Canada: 2-7 business days
  • Rest of the world: 2-8 business days

    (Custom sizes and framed posters may take a few days longer)
Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders come with full tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your poster ships.

Do you offer express shipping?

Not at the moment, but we aim to ship from the facility closest to you for the fastest delivery possible.

Orders + Returns

What if my order arrives damaged?

It happens sometimes. No worries, we’ll send you a replacement, no questions asked. Just email us a photo of the damage, the order ID and a description of the damage.

Can I return or exchange a poster?

Because each print is made to order, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. But if your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it right away.

Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?

Occasionally delays happen due to customs, postal issues, or incorrect addresses. If your order seems delayed, email us at support@bristolandreed.shop and we’ll track it down.
If nothing arrives within 30 days, we’ll send a replacement (unless the address was incorrect).

Do I have to pay import taxes?
  • EU customers: No additional duties or taxes.
  • Outside the EU: You may need to pay import duties and taxes upon delivery, depending on your country's regulations. These costs are not included in our prices.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as secure payments through Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes, all payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
